It’s an apple-caramel pie with a streusel topping, from this recipe:

In accordance with the recipe, the letters are carved from leftover
pie crust.

To celebrate the inauguration, and to use up a butternut squash I’ve had sitting around since the holidays, I decided to make an Obama pie.
